Refund Policy

Refund requests will be considered on a case by case basis, less a $100 admin fee.

All refund requests must be received in writing, via email to refunds@bbydistrictmetrosoccer.com, by midnight local time July 31.   We will ask the family requesting the refund to provide a signed declaration stating the reason for the refund and to verify the player will not be signing with another soccer club for the season for which they are withdrawing from BDMS.

If any equipment has been received, the cost of track suits, shorts, socks and bags will also be deducted from the registration fee refund.

There will be no refunds issued for player cancellations after August 1st.

Refunds will be issued in January of following year (ie. a refund granted for the 2022/23 season will be issued in January 2023).
